Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is a binding offer to buy; it is confirmed only when you receive your order confirmation.
  • We may accept, limit, or cancel any order — including for pricing or listing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or verification failure.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate, current information so we can deliver your orders.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery and the mobile and online methods shown at checkout.
  • You agree to pay the full order amount, including any delivery charge shown before confirmation. Placing a COD order is a commitment to receive and pay for it.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the site: no fraud, no fake orders, no abusive behaviour toward staff or couriers, no scraping, and no interference with the platform.
  • We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block accounts that breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

  • Products are supplied for personal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChineXa's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for individual reactions, misuse, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Policy Precedence & Changes

  • These Terms work alongside our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Cancellation, Authenticity, Loyalty, Pre-Order, and Privacy policies. Where a specific policy addresses a topic, that policy applies.
  • We may update these Terms and policies at any time; the version shown on the site at the time of your order applies.

Governing Law & Contact

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
